I have recently had the opportunity to attend training with Frontline Resilience. The course was a perfect ratio of content and dynamic scenario based training. Information was presented in a professional yet personal style that captivated the audience with knowledge and experience while drawing on the experience of attendees in an open yet structured environment. The course allowed me to form a solid base, with appropriate skills to enter my role as a peer supporter without hesitation and with motivation.
